The American Performer Stratocaster features Yosemite™ single-coil pickups, designed to deliver rich, expressive tones.
With staggered pole pieces for increased output and a shellac coating that lets the coil breathe while controlling feedback, the Yosemite pickups produce dynamic sounds ideal for any musical situation. The American Performer Stratocaster also features a Greasebucket™ tone circuit and a push-pull tone control that adds the neck pickup in any switch position, unlocking new, musically useful tones.
