Its compact, "junior"-size body makes it the ideal companion for musicians of all ages and sizes, delivering a full tone in a more comfortable, travel-ready format. The solid Sitka spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides, reinforced by scalloped X bracing, produce a full, balanced and remarkably lively sound. Additional features include: sealed tuning machines with split posts that hold tuning even through the longest sets, Micarta® nut and saddle for maximum tonal transfer, and phosphor bronze strings for a rich, full-bodied sound from the very first strum. High-quality on-stage amplification is ensured by the Fishman® CD-1 preamp with built-in tuner.
