Whether composing at home or performing on stage, the California Deluxe Villager™ E is built to keep pace with you. Its 12-string configuration produces naturally rich, bright tones capable of filling any space, with that exuberant, choral character that turns even a simple chord into something unforgettable. The solid Sitka spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides, reinforced by scalloped X bracing, produce a full, balanced and remarkably lively sound. Additional features include: sealed tuning machines with split posts that hold tuning even through the longest sets, Micarta® nut and saddle for maximum tonal transfer, and phosphor bronze strings for a rich, full-bodied sound from the very first strum. High-quality on-stage amplification is ensured by the Fishman® CD-1 preamp with built-in tuner.
