Inspired by the beachside community of Catalina Island in Southern California, the Avalon tenor ukulele is the big sibling of our hugely popular Venice soprano model. A tenor ukulele gives players a deeper tonal register than a concert or soprano body, while still keeping the portability to travel easily from the beach to the studio or the jam room. The Avalon's all-linden construction and slim "C"-shaped neck profile deliver the superior tone and playability that are a hallmark of Fender ukuleles.
Other features include a "no-tie" bridge for quick, easy string changes, classic Fender colours and a painted 4-in-line Strat®-style headstock. With the Avalon ukulele, you can be transported to your own personal island, wherever you are.
