The Fender® Vintera III series offers meticulously recreated vintage replicas that capture the authentic look, feel and sound of iconic Fender instruments from the '50s, '60s and '70s.
The Jazz Bass® Early '60s Vintera® III features an alder body with maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, for that classic, cutting, defined Fender sound. The early-'60s "C"-profile maple neck, the 7.25" (18.415 cm) radius rosewood fingerboard and vintage-tall frets ensure maximum comfort and outstanding response. The instrument is equipped with a pair of early-'60s vintage-style single-coil pickups that create all the cutting, articulate, warm, woody tones that made Fender® famous. Other features include a vintage-style 4-saddle bridge for maximum sustain and intonation reliability, and vintage-style tuning machines for improved tuning stability.
