The American Acoustasonic® Telecaster® embodies the spirit of focused innovation Fender was built on. From acoustic transformation to electric rhythm tones, this powerful guitar uses a revolutionary Acoustic Engine designed by Fender and Fishman® to deliver a new sonic expression from studio to stage.
Elegantly simple, the Acoustasonic Telecaster was designed to inspire, blending futuristic technology with an organic feel and playability as a way to connect artists to their music. The fully hollow body features an integrated forearm contour and our Stringed Instrument Resonance System (SIRS, patent-pending), designed to deliver a naturally powerful voice with lively harmonics. A smooth-playing mahogany neck and an open-pore satin finish make this cutting-edge guitar comfortable and easy to play. On stage, the Acoustasonic Telecaster eliminates many of the difficulties of playing an acoustic guitar live, eliminating feedback and making it easy to access the sounds you need without switching instruments. The Acoustasonic Telecaster is powered by the Acoustic Engine designed by Fender and Fishman®, a proprietary blend of classic analogue and futuristic technologies that optimises the guitar's natural sound and then shapes its resonance to deliver a curated collection of voices. These acoustic and electric voices can be played alone or blended via the Mod Knob to create new sounds. They can also be used simultaneously, thanks to the Fender Acoustasonic Noiseless™ magnetic pickup.
Handcrafted in Corona, California, in the same factory that builds Fender's iconic electric instruments, the Acoustasonic Telecaster represents a new era of Fender craftsmanship and innovation, built for bold artists who want an instrument capable of inspiring with limitless new sounds and that great Fender feel.
