Saccuman.it is a service developed and provided by Saccuman Srl, with registered office in Bolzano, Italy.

The Site offers Users (registered and non-registered) the ability to freely browse the online store, view items and prices, and use a wishlist and a temporary cart. Registration is required to use advanced services and to make purchases, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

1. Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to, browsing of, and use of the Site and apply to all visitors (Users). By browsing the Site, the User acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms.

These terms apply both to Consumers (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code) and to businesses and professionals. Please note that a "consumer" is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity.

2. Liability and Intellectual Property

Use of the Site is entirely at the User's own responsibility.
All content on the Site (text, software, music, photos, videos, graphics) is protected by copyright, patents and intellectual property rights.
Saccuman Srl is not liable for damages or loss of earnings arising from access to, or the inability to use, the Site.
Content is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of being error-free or uninterrupted.

3. Rules for Use

The User agrees not to use the Site to:

Transmit content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
Impersonate other persons or use another person's credentials.
Use automated tools (spiders, robots, scrapers) to monitor or copy content without written authorization.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure or servers.
Engage in conduct that undermines the commercial value of the Site.

4. Registered Users and Accounts

Registration is required to make purchases. By clicking "Create your account", the User fully accepts these Terms. The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out through their profile.

Saccuman Srl reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of false information or violations of these rules, without any obligation to pay compensation.

5. Logistics and Shipping

Saccuman Srl is not responsible for transport and delivery times, which are the sole responsibility of carriers (e.g. GLS, BRT), nor for any damage caused during transport. Quality control is always carried out before shipment.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Italian Republic.

For Professionals/Businesses: The exclusive competent court is that of Bolzano, Italy.
For Consumers: The competent court is the one established under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile).
