Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made on our website are subject to the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), governing distance contracts, in cases where the goods are delivered to the buyer's home or a location indicated by the buyer, since such purchases are concluded outside commercial premises.

What does it involve?

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, by returning the item subject to withdrawal to the seller.
Note on promotions: In cases of bonus offers where the purchase of an item is bundled with another item (sold at a nominal price or given as a gift), the right of withdrawal is exercised by returning both items, given the accessory link between them.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

The law provides that the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes unrelated to their business activity.
The right cannot be exercised by legal entities, natural persons acting for purposes related to a business activity (purchase with a VAT number), or parties purchasing for resale to third parties.

What does it cover?

Saccuman Srl will refund all payments related to the order subject to withdrawal received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs (net of any additional costs for delivery methods other than the least expensive standard method).
The consumer will in any case bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Saccuman Srl may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has provided evidence of having sent them back. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

What is excluded?

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Audiovisual items or computer software delivered as downloads, or delivered sealed and subsequently opened.
• Items made to measure for personal needs (e.g. custom-made flight cases).
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. mouthpieces for wind instruments, in-ear headphones).

How is it exercised?

You will need to have available:

• Original packaging, unworn and intact.
• Original purchase invoice.
• In case of partial withdrawal, the item code(s).

Return shipping instructions

1. Place the original packaging containing the goods inside a suitable outer box to protect the original box from damage or writing.
2. The goods must be shipped, at your own expense, within 14 days of return authorization to the following address:
   Saccuman Srl, Via Alessandria 23 - 39100 BOLZANO, Italy.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable courier. Saccuman Srl will not process the refund if it does not receive the corresponding delivery.

Refund timing

Within 14 days of receiving the goods (and verifying their condition), Saccuman Srl will credit the refund to the Customer.

Notices

Saccuman Srl reserves the right not to accept components or items that:

• Do not include original packaging, accessories and manuals.
• Have been returned without first opening a request with Customer Service.
• Have been returned without following the indicated procedure.

In such cases, shipping costs for sending and returning the item will be borne by the customer.
