Product information "Fender® JV Modified '50s Telecaster®, Maple Fingerboard, White Blonde"
The JV Modified Series combines classic looks with modern playability, meeting the needs of today's guitarists. Following in the footsteps of the now highly sought-after "Japanese Vintage" reissues from the early '80s, JV Modified guitars represent a refined take on a modern classic.
The '50s Telecaster is equipped with a resonant linden body and two single-coil pickups capable of replicating the classic Tele sound. A 4-position switch lets you quickly select each pickup individually, or both pickups wired in series or parallel.
Key features:
- Telecaster®-shaped body
- A push-pull potentiometer on the tone control lets you set the pickups in-phase and out-of-phase at switch positions 2 and 4
- The maple neck with soft "V" profile has a super-smooth satin finish and superior playability, thanks to the maple fingerboard with 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets
- For musicians seeking classic Fender instruments with an innovative touch, the JV Modified Series delivers a unique combination of vintage Fender style and modern playability
- Maple fingerboard
