For musicians seeking the style and sound of Fender's golden era, we created the Vintera '60s Jazz Bass. Featuring the coveted characteristics that defined the decade, including an era-accurate neck profile and playability along with recreated '60s pickups, this bass has all the growl that helped make the J Bass® a legend.
To deliver tone faithful to the original, we reworked the voicing of the pair of Jazz Bass single-coil pickups to sound more like the originals.
