The Stratocaster® Deluxe Paranormal turbocharges the world's most-played guitar with a powerful HS pickup configuration that combines the snappy definition of a Fender-designed alnico single-coil Telecaster® neck pickup with all the saturated punch of a Fender-designed alnico humbucker at the bridge, controlled by a 3-position blade switch with a push/pull function for splitting the humbucker coils on the tone control, for an even wider tonal range. With its '70s-inspired "big" Stratocaster headstock and skirted amp-style knobs, this Squier® fully embodies the unmistakable vibe of the Deluxe era. Other player-focused features include a comfortable "C"-profile neck with a 9.5" (24.13 cm) radius fingerboard, a satin urethane neck finish for a naturally smooth feel, a vintage-style vibrato bridge and vintage-style tuning machines for reliable tuning stability.
