The Fender® American Ultra II Meteora® features a select alder body with sculpted contours. For effortless playability, the quartersawn maple neck has our Modern D profile and a soft-to-the-touch Ultra Satin finish. Ebony or quartersawn maple fingerboards with a 10"-14" compound radius feature Ultra rolled edges, medium-jumbo frets, Luminlay® side dots and a Graph Tech® TUSQ® nut. The tapered neck heel and sculpted body contours allow unprecedented access to the highest frets.
Under the hood, a pair of Haymaker™ humbuckers delivers everything from the sweetest cleans to modern crunch to the most cutting solos, without a trace of hum. Our patented S-1™ switch cleverly splits the Haymakers for even more tonal variety, and you can further shape your tone with the traditional master tone control plus a finely calibrated bass cut knob. Other stage-ready features include a 6-saddle fixed bridge with string-through-body stringing and polished stainless steel block saddles, Deluxe locking tuners, knurled aluminium knobs and a single-ply anodised aluminium pickguard.
