The Fender® American Ultra II Telecaster® features a select alder body with sculpted contours. For effortless playability, the quartersawn maple neck has our Modern D profile and a soft-to-the-touch Ultra Satin finish. Ebony or quartersawn maple fingerboards with a 10"-14" compound radius feature Ultra rolled edges, medium-jumbo frets, Luminlay® side dots and a Graph Tech® TUSQ® nut. The tapered neck heel and sculpted body contours allow unprecedented access to the highest frets.
Under the hood, Ultra II Noiseless™ Vintage Tele® pickups deliver crystalline cleans, snappy twang and full-bodied growl, without a trace of hum. Our patented S-1™ switch cleverly engages a series connection for even more tonal variety. Other stage-ready features include a 6-saddle fixed bridge with string-through-body stringing and chrome-plated brass saddles, Deluxe locking tuners, knurled aluminium knobs and a single-ply anodised aluminium pickguard.
